ABOUT THE PROGRAM:
Subpoenas seem more common in K-12 schools each year, and they rarely arrive at a convenient time — or on the right desk. Our presentation will help clients understand what a subpoena is (and is not), who should handle it, and what to do (and not do) when one is received. We will provide insight on the different reasons that school staff might receive a subpoena and discuss common issues to consider when school staff respond to one.
WHO SHOULD ATTEND?
This workshop is designed for school administrators, including building principals and assistant principals, school counselors, and any other school personnel.
