Event Cancellation & Refund Policy
Billing
Registrants are welcome to register for events by phone, by mail, or online. Payment may be made by check or credit card.
Interested individuals are welcome to register for events by phone or online by visiting our Upcoming Events page. Registration payment may be completed by check or credit card. Please note registration invoice processing times may occasionally be delayed. Participants can expect to receive an invoice within 30 days following the conclusion of the event. If you require an invoice sooner, we encourage you to contact our Accounting Department at Accounting@dwmlaw.com to request expedited processing.
Cancellations
We understand that plans change. If you find you can no longer attend a program, please contact Morgan Stickney at mstickney@dwmlaw.com or 800.727.1941 Ext. 210. For cancellations occurring 7 or more business days prior to the event, you have a choice between the following options:
- A full refund, less a $20.00 processing fee;
- Transferring your registration to a colleague; or
- Receiving the handouts for the event.
Any cancellation received within 7 business days of the seminar will not be eligible for a refund; however, you will have a choice between the following options:
- Transferring your registration to a colleague; or
- Receiving the handouts for the event.
We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule an event for any reason, including inclement weather. In the unlikely event of a cancellation, those who have registered for the event will be offered a choice between (a) a full refund, or (b) a credit for a future seminar or workshop.
