Significant changes to Title IX and its implementing regulations have again altered compliance requirements for schools. As the landscape continues to shift, it remains crucial for school systems to understand the current scope of their Title IX obligations in addressing incidents of sexual harassment and how Title IX intersects with your school’s other legal obligations.
