ABOUT THE PROGRAM:
In this program, the presenters will cover a range of relevant topics for school social workers and school counselors including confidentiality obligations; mandated reporting; handling subpoenas; legal requirements regarding bullying, harassment, and hazing and how such requirements intersect with confidentiality and mandated reporting requirements; as well as individual liability considerations. This seminar will be interactive, and attendees will have the opportunity to work through hypothetical situations to master the concepts covered and ask questions.
WHO SHOULD ATTEND?
This workshop is designed for school counselors and school social workers.
