Cancellations

All cancellations for this conference are subject to a full non-refundable $20.00 administrative fee. To receive a full refund, your written cancellation must be received ten or more business days prior to the event. Cancellations within ten business days of the event may be refunded in the event that the empty space can be filled. If it cannot be filled prior to the event, registrants have the option of sending another administrator in their stead or receiving materials. However, no refunds will be given.
